About Tomeika
Professional: I graduated from the University of Louisville with her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a Minor in Pan-African Studies and a Masters of Science in Social Work (MSSW). I am the owner and principal psychotherapist of Leavell Counseling, LLC and an Employee Assistance Counselor (EAP) contract counselor with Wayne Corporation, both in Louisville, Kentucky. I have worked within the systems of therapeutic foster care, residential treatment, employee assistance and outpatient therapy settings in Virginia, Indiana and Kentucky which has afforded me a myriad of clinical experience in my career that spans over 20 years. I am currently licensed in Kentucky and Indiana.
Personal: I am short in stature, quiet by nature, but not in personality. I am an easy going, active listening human who enjoys laughter and lives off love, gratitude, coffee and music. I am a country girl at heart who was raised to positively contribute to society through volunteerism and offering support to those in need…but with boundaries and copious amounts of self-care (because, reciprocity).
Important Info
Cost: $100 per hour for individual supervision and $50 per hour for group supervision.
Hours Available: I am available during most business and evening hours, but I can possibly make a weekend time work depending on your needs. Supervision will be conducted via Zoom.
Experience: I have certifications as a clinical trauma profession as well as certifications in treating those experiencing compassion fatigue, grief and anxiety. While I have provided social work clinical services to folks beginning at age 3 through the age of 83, I now specializes in providing therapeutic services to adults, and primarily women.
